Analyst's note:  Absolutely must read.  I for one don't like what we are seeing here.  We have known Muslim Brotherhood operatives inside our White House and other government levels and this same government is doing what on our highways?  We also see socialist/Marxist operating from positions of power using this same Muslim Brotherhood.  What could possibly go wrong with this scenario?  Hmmmmm.  What are we being conditioned for? pitchfork

Where are the authorized Militia of the several states as defined in our Constitution?  Are we not concerned with "homeland security" issues that face our nation that demand a legally proper and practical foundation. I'm not speaking here about some private militia.  Basing “homeland security” on such a Militia will remove any further excuse for this on-going para-militarization of State and Local police forces that we now see forming.  It would ultimately be subject to directives from the General Government’s Department of Homeland Security. This will thwart the creation, whether intentional or accidental, of a National police state in this country.

Are we not reasonably concerned with

  • Some 9/11-type “terrorist strike,” whether real or engineered, might be used to rationalize a nationwide police-state lockdown under “emergency powers” and “martial law.”

  • As part of or in preparation for such a lockdown, a nationwide seizure of privately owned firearms might be attempted.

  • A gun grab might set the stage or provide the excuse for a nationwide round-up of dissidents for incarceration in concentration camps.

  • A monetary and banking collapse might usher in, or result from, a nationwide police-state crackdown. And,

  • Even an apparently benign “merger” that melds Canada, the United States, and Mexico into a North American Union could serve as a reason for confiscation of Americans’ privately owned firearms—because the “gun-control” laws in Canada and Mexico could not coexist with the rights Americans now enjoy under the Second Amendment; with “open borders” the traffic into and out of the United States would defeat those Canadian and Mexican laws; and, therefore, the Second Amendment would have to be set aside perforce of the North American Union’s supposed “supremacy” in hemispheric legislation.

The properly formed state Militia are the only establishments to which the Constitution explicitly assigns the function: “to execute the Laws of the Union.” Exactly why do we need the Department of Homeland Security?  As Commander in Chief of the Militia, the President enjoys the constitutional authority to employ the Militia to fulfill his duty to “take Care.” And, in light of the numerous problems facing this country, from the current invasion of illegal immigrants to the imminence of a collapse of the monetary and banking systems we have need to explore once again our situation in light of our Constitution.

Clearly now is the time for the people who are America to start saving America. It is going to happen -- if at all -- within our States.  Where you happen to be is as good a place as any to begin the work with your state legislature.   We have the means to do it, in our own hands. We have sufficient allies, in our family members, friends, neighbors, and co-workers. But if we sit back and do nothing, we will have only ourselves to blame when we end up with nothing but grief that will follow from inaction.

As pointed out by Dr. Edwin Vieira, we need to participate, sooner ... not later, in a nationwide, grass-roots movement to revitalize the Militia.  If we fail to do so, it really will matter.

Every member of our Armed Forces, policeman, our sheriffs, and our emergency-services workers—everyone who traces whatever authority they claim to exercise back to their oath of office to support and defend the Constitution—needs to rally behind this effort to revitalize the state Militias.  What good is an oath to support and defend a “supreme Law” know as our Constitution that is not enforced? And what legitimacy does a uniform or a badge confer, when they represent only a “supreme Law” that even their wearers flout?

Basing our nation's “homeland security” on the Militia will in fact mobilize tens of millions of Americans for various types of service—far in excess of any police or emergency-response forces that could possibly be raised otherwise, let alone funded.  Revitalization of “the Militia of the several States” will restore popular self-government in this country.

Participation in the Militia will teach Americans—from all social and economic classes, and all walks of life—

that their legitimate interests are often identical, and even more often interdependent; that people should gain from the community in proportion to what they contribute to it; that the selfish outlooks of special-interest groups and factions are counterproductive, socially destabilizing, and unpatriotic; and that unity in a community depends upon instilling in each member a recognition of his personal duty to every to other member, and through that recognition creating a spirit of mutual purpose, cooperation, reliance, and trust.

Moreover, because the Militia will operate in the very Localities where social-welfare work may prove to be needed; will number among their members not only the individuals who may require assistance but also those who can best provide it; and will otherwise have unique knowledge of Local needs, personnel, and resources; they will perform the social-welfare function far more efficiently than distant, aloof, and uncaring governmental agencies and the bureaucrats infesting them.

Revitalization of “the Militia of the several States” will cut across the dividing lines on America’s phony “right/center/left” political spectrum, and unite Local communities in mutual efforts directed towards providing the only true “homeland security,” “the security of a free State.”

Tens of millions of Americans instinctively know what “the security of a free State” is—and that they do not now enjoy it. They have been prevented from attaining that security primarily because of: (i) the political oligopoly consisting of the “two” major political parties, professional politicians, special-interest groups, and the big media; and (ii) the “divide-and-rule” tactics that oligopoly has successfully employed in election after election. Americans realize that this is the situation, and resent it—but they do not know what to do to rectify it.

Revitalizing the Militia is the answer. The Militia will disarm the oligopoly and frustrate its tactics. Because their purpose is unitary—providing “the security of a free State”, and nothing less—the Militia will tolerate no parties, special-interest groups, or factions that detract from the unity necessary to achieve that end. And “divide and rule” will have neither place, nor proponents, nor practitioners within the Militia, because (as pointed out above) mutual duty, purpose, cooperation, reliance, and trust will be the rule.

In the Supreme Court of the United States he successfully argued or briefed the cases leading to the landmark decisions Abood v. Detroit Board of Education, Chicago Teachers Union v. Hudson, and Communications Workers of America v. As reported on Politichicks by Lainie Sloane

Last week a friend of mine was traveling on I-40 from Nashville, Tennessee to Prescott, Arizona, with her final destination being San Diego, California when Homeland Security stopped her and other travelers.  She said the uniformed DHS representatives were very cordial and asked her where she was going, how long she would be there, what was her business there and who did she know in San Diego.

When I heard this, I started searching the Internet to see if I could find videos of anyone else that this might have happened to.  Evidently there were videos, but interestingly, most of them have been removed from YouTube.  Keep searching because as this happens to more people, it is almost certain the videos will reappear only to possibly be pulled off of YouTube again.  We’re seeing selective censorship as we’ve never seen before.  The propagandists are hard at work, much like the Ministry of Propaganda was in Nazi Germany.

Remember when Obama said America needs a “strong civilian national security force”, just as strong, powerful and as well funded as our military force?  His statement was the first thing that came to mind when my friend told me what had happened on Interstate 40.

I asked my friend the approximate age range of the Homeland Security force that pulled her car over; she replied that they were in their late 20s to early 30s.

Many people are speculating that this might have been part of Obama’s civilian national security force (now known as FEMA Emergency Managers), which apparently just graduated from their academy and can now go to work doing whatever they are meant to do.

Many of you may be thinking what I’m thinking, which is the same thing we were all thinking when Obama said this:

[....] Seems like a police state to me!

What we are seeing right now is just the tip of the iceberg.  Should we experience a national economy collapses, millions of people are going to become incredibly desperate and things are going to get much, much worse thanwhat is reported here.  We have Large Cities All Over America Are Degenerating Into Gang-Infested War Zones  We learn from Michael Snyder

Large U.S. cities that the rest of the world used to look at in envy are now being transformed into gang-infested hellholes with skyrocketing crime rates.  Cities such as Chicago, Detroit, Camden, East St. Louis, New Orleans and Oakland were once bustling with economic activity, but as industry has fled those communities poverty has exploded and so has criminal activity.  Meanwhile, financial problems have caused all of those cities to significantly reduce their police forces.

Sadly, this same pattern is being repeated in hundreds of communities all over the nation.  The mainstream media loves to focus on mass shooters such as Adam Lanza, but the reality is that gang violence is a far greater problem in the United States than mass shooters ever will be.  There are approximately 1.4 million gang members living in America today according to the FBI.  That number has shot up by a whopping 40 percent just since 2009.
