Analyst's note:  I'd say you've got to be kidding, but after all this is Obama and a progressive Congress in action.  They didn't read Obamacare before they signed it and we all are just now finding out what is in it.  The only thing Congress was smart enough to do was to exempt themselves and their primary supporters from Obamacare.   If you liked, "It depends on the meaning of 'is'", you'll love this one.
