Analyst's note:  You ask why the Chinese are involved in a GridEX II drill of this nature? "The only logical explanation, as crazy as it sounds, is that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)—Obama’s “Civilian National Security Force” (the entity overseeing this drill)—is secretly working with the Communist Chinese government!" 

Obama had another idea:  "Lets invite our enemy most likely to have an EMP bomb developed for use against the United States to participate!"  What could possibly go wrong?

The Communist People’s Republic of China was invited take part in a massive drill dubbed GridExII that took place on November 12-14, 2013.
