Analyst's note:  Jonathan Turley, a noted liberal Georgetown University law professor says Barack Hussein Obama is a danger to the U.S. Constitution and separated powers. In Mr. Obama, we see the clear and present danger that the Constitution was designed to prevent.  We see the radical, unauthorized expansion of imperial presidential power accompanied by a rise of what is in essence a fourth branch of government. 

Some even use humor to explain the problem as evidenced by the Jolly Holidays Caroling Company who put political spin on a holiday classic to support this theory.  Others find the more traditional methods to explain the problem as in  Obama: Unity Through The 2.0 Dictator? Not so much!
