We the People are arguably facing the most important election this November 2012 that we have ever faced in the history of our Constitutional Republic. Perhaps you would consider asking your candidate(s) the following as you evaluate whom you should vote for.

Should you be elected this November to the Congress or the Presidency, you will be required to take an oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” Over the past 100 years, the greatest “domestic enemy” to our Constitutional Republic has been the federal government itself. “To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid” nation:

1. We the People have seen the federal government intrude into the internal affairs of the several sovereign States rather than limiting itself to We the People’s grant of power to deal with only the external affairs of our Union of States representing us collectively to the community of nations throughout the world; and, “To regulate [ensure that it is fair and equitable] Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes.” [Article I. Section 8. Clause 3., known as the Commerce Clause]

2. We the People have seen the guardians of our Constitution, the United States Supreme Court, destroy our Judeo-Christian heritage and the foundation of our Constitutional Republic effectively establishing a national “state religion” of Atheism and Secular Humanism, in violation of our First Amendment,  without citing a single precedent and in opposition to their own declarations for 116 years that the United States was, and should remain, a Christian nation. They have done this because, administration after administration since FDR, have endeavored to pack the court, with the advice and consent of the Senate, for their own political purposes rather than select Justices who would guard and defend the “spirit” as well as the “letter” of the Constitution as envisioned by our Founding Fathers.

3. We the People have seen the Executive Branch, with the assistance of the Congress, expand well beyond the limits granted by We the People from four cabinet positions to fifteen cabinet positions destroying the sovereignty of the several States within the Union and their ability to deal with their own internal affairs, such as, but not limited to, education, commerce, environmental protection and the use of natural resources in violation of the Tenth Amendment.

4. We the People have seen the Executive Branch write a myriad of unconstitutional Executive Orders and enforce them as the law of the land in violation of Article I. Section 1. of our Constitution wherein We the People stated “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.”

5. We the People have seen the Congress trample on our Bill of Rights as they have enacted a plethora of unconstitutional laws designed to destroy our unalienable rights from God to Life, Liberty and Property and which have amassed unsustainable national debt. They have done this solely to increase the power of the federal government and change our Constitutional Republic into a Welfare Socialist State destroying the freedom of the citizenry and  making them the servants [slaves] of the federal government rather than the ‘Rulers’ of the federal government as envisioned by the Founding Fathers. This is the very definition of tyranny that caused the Founding Fathers to write our Declaration of Independence in 1776.

6. We the People have seen the Congress through the guise of protecting the people enact a series of laws designed to destroy the Second Amendment and disarm We the People so that they might bring us into subjugation without fear of rebellion. The Second Amendment was placed in the Bill of Rights of our Constitution as the defense of last resort against the loss of our unalienable rights from God to Life, Liberty and Property through the tyranny of the federal government exceeding its grant of power from We the People.

Therefore, what SPECIFICALLY do you plan to do, if elected, to:

1. Recognize that we were first individual States and that our nation is a Union of sovereign States come together to form a national government, for specific limited purposes as stated in the Tenth Amendment, and not a nation divided into 50 states for ease of governance.

2. Return the federal government to the limited purposes prescribed by We the People in our “grant of power” through the Constitution; the protection of We the People’s unalienable rights from God to Life, Liberty, and Property; and, the protection of our rights as citizens enumerated in the Bill of Rights, the first ten amendments to our Constitution?

3. Repeal the Seventeenth Amendment thus restoring the vertical separation of power between the sovereign States and the federal government. The repeal of the Seventeenth Amendment will once again establish the Senate as the sovereign States representative in the Congress thus enabling the Governors and State Legislatures to assist We the People in limiting the power and size of the federal government. This one action alone would once again establish the Congress as envisioned by the Founding Fathers with the House of Representatives, the People’s House, representing We the People and with the Senate, the States’ House, representing the several sovereign States of our Union.

4. Reduce federal welfare payments which currently make 47% of We the People dependent on the federal government thus removing the chains that bind them in slavery to the federal government and reestablish their Liberty – the freedom to try, freedom to buy, freedom to sell and freedom to fail. These payments and the programs that authorize them were enacted by Socialist-DINO [Democrats In Name Only] and the progressives of both parties under the guise of helping We the People to enable them to stay in power, destroy We the People’s Freedoms and change our Constitutional Republic into a Welfare Socialist State.

5. Return the plethora of unconstitutional federal social-justice programs to the several sovereign States, where they rightly belong under the Tenth Amendment, to be administered according to the will of the State’s citizens as they see fit; thereby, reducing the national debt and securing “the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity?”

6. Repeal the Sixteenth Amendment and replace it by an Amendment with a 15% Federal Flat Tax on the Income of ALL individuals, eighteen and older, and ALL for-profit corporations and a prohibition on any national Sales or Value Added Taxes of any kind whatsoever. Income is defined as the gross annual earnings of individuals, eighteen and older, and for-profit corporations. Income as used here specifically excludes ALL interest from savings and investments, capital gains, inheritance, gifts and income earned by individuals under the age of eighteen or not-for-profit corporations. All adult citizens have a responsibility to share equally in the cost of the federal government and the services they receive. This can only be done as a percentage of Income as here defined. A limited federal government should be able to budget and pay for the expenses of government with no more than 15% GDP except in times of declared war. Accumulation of a national debt during times of declared war must only be for actual war costs and not normal Defense Department expenditures. This rate of 15% may only subsequently be changed through the Amendment process specified by Article V of the Constitution and not by any law enacted by the Congress. The several States, as taxing entities, should be left alone to establish their own tax laws as determined by the will of their citizens as they currently do.

7. Reaffirm “That this Nation under God shall have a new birth of Freedom — And that government of the people, by the people, for the people shall not perish from the earth?”

As we consider whom to send to Washing this election to right are badly listing Ship of State, let us elect Statesmen who will restore our Constitutional Republic to its former glory. We the People have too long ignored our individual responsibilities as citizens in a Constitutional Republic. If We the People are to “secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, we must look to the past if we are to have a future. We the People must remember the wisdom of Thomas Jefferson, our Third President and writer of the Declaration of Independence. It was he who said, “It would be a dangerous delusion were a confidence in the men of our choice to silence our fears for the safety of our rights; that confidence is everywhere the parent of despotism; free government is founded in jealousy, and not confidence; it is jealousy, and not confidence which prescribes limited constitutions to bind down those whom we obliged to trust with power; that our Constitution has accordingly fixed the limits to which, and no farther, our confidence may go . . . In questions of power, then, let no more be said of the confidence in man [politicians], but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution.” A greater truth has never been spoken than, “Eternal vigilance [of every citizen] is the price of Liberty.”

May God Bless and Save the United States of America
Our Constitutional Republic !
