Analyst notes: What makes me wonder is that recently the NSSF (National Sports Shooting Federation) tried to debunk all of the worry about the huge amounts of ammunition that the government is ordering for all of it’s massive D.O.(Fill In the blank)s by stating that the numbers are not unusual and that it’s all part of normal purchasing patterns… I don’t tend to believe that this is true when you start to look at other things out there like 2500 armored cars being ordered.
Since we don't seem to be protecting our national borders, why are the the National Guard, FEMA and police being trained in use of these vehicles that are armored to the same standard as our U.S. military? Now that is more than enough to handle a SWAT situation at an airport... don't you think? This looks more like the beginning of Obama's dream army "in lieu of military, with just as much firepower and as well funded... etc." Do we have this many armored vehicles in Afghanistan? Why would we need these things here within the US proper?
We are not conspiracy types here, but this is getting odd!
