Analyst notes:  Well, we spoke too fast... now a Federal Judge, without explanation, has re-instituted the NDAA provision that allows the government to imprison American citizens on American soil without due process.  Merely suspicion is sufficient for a citizen to be imprisoned indefinitely.  Now this is specifically precluded by the US Constitution. Historically, King George did this and Americans revolted at the injustice.... but now under Barry it is okay.

How can we be so foolish to think that Federal judges understand our history and laws, especially our Supreme Law: Our Constitution!  Oops, I forgot about appointments like recently (and formerly) went to the Supreme Court.  Oh our friends, American ideals are becoming history.
