Analyst notes: Just when you thought 1 billion rounds of ammo was sufficient for the DHS and the whole narrative about FEMA camps was overblown, along comes another purchase of 200 million rounds of ammo. This set of purchases provides 308 caliber sniper rounds. Now just what do they do with that inside the country?
If past purchases were "rounds needed over a long period of time" why do we suddenly need more then? It is hard to imagine what agencies within DHS like: TSA, FEMA, Border Patrol, Customs and so on... that is a lot of problems to be solved by bullets.
