"Mexican drug cartels are now advertising for young men to step up and to come and join their ranks to fight the Mexican army. The ads and banners premise those who join will make good money have food and a place to stay even while in training. The Journal has learned that this same type of advertising is planned for Juarez, TJ and other Mexican border cities.

Iran is believed providing at least some of the money for this recruiting and training program. The training camps are teaching hit and run gorilla technique's. Cells of Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTOs) have sent their seasoned veterans to oversee the training of the new troops and to direct the war against the Mexican government on behalf of the Mexican Cartels. Trained fighters from al-Qaida, Hizballah (Party of God) Hamas (Islamic Resistance Movement) and Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) have been seen in Mexico and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has reported cells from these terrorist organizations are believed here in the U.S. as well. Mexican drug cartels according to recent press reports have military style training camps on and near the border with the United States. These Training camps are for military-style killers. Federal authorities say these camps have Afghanistan and other middle eastern instructors who teach the latest military fighting tactics that are utilized in Iraq and Afghanistan by the Islamic radicals that are fighting and killing American and allied troops in those countries. Mexican officials admit they know of special training camps in the Mexican states of Tamaulipas and Michoacan, where newly recruited Zetas take intensive six-week training courses in weapons, tactics and intelligence gathering.

As previously reported "[...] the United States has watched with growing concern as Venezuela has enhanced its relationships with Russia, China and, especially, Iran. Venezuela is believed to have served as a haven of sorts for the Iranians to circumvent sanctions, launder money and facilitate the movement of militant proxies. The important thing to note here is that, while Cuba lacks allies that are adversarial to the United States, Venezuela has them in abundance."

Both Cuba and Venezuela are trying somewhat to "make nice" with as they both make pro-Jewish remarks and meet with their Jewish communities in an apparent effort to reestablish diplomatic relations with Israel.  Venezuela -- not currently really a nice neighbor -- is still known to facilitate the movement of militant proxies unfriendly to our United States.

CSIA Report recently noted that if you're in the Middle East and need to get to Caracas, no matter when you try to book yourself on Iran Air 744 out of Tehran, Iran, you will not be able to find an available seat on this Friday flight -- this despite the fact that it goes twice per month.  This flight is thought to be reserved for jihadist headed into S. American and points beyond.  The fact that, "Upon arrival, the plane is met by special Venezuelan forces and sequestered from other arrivals."

Our CIA has been aware of this for several years and note that passengers "[...] may not even need visas because they are special passengers."

It is bad enough that no one knows who is aboard this 747SP into Venezuela's Caracas Maiquetía International Airport (CCS),  but there are significant concerns that the flight back to the Middle East is being used to ship uranium and thus skirting the embargo of nuclear materials to Iran.  

We learned more about this flight through this article that due to an "[....] unusually high number of accidents and engine failures in recent days, cancelled its popular Tuesday roundtrip flight route from Caracas to Damascus to Tehran."  Lets hope the number of potential and/or Hezbollah "frequent fliers" passengers have also been reduced.  This article also provides the following report:  "[...] that flights from Caracas to Damascus would be re-routed through Madrid. The Iran leg of the route, at least for now, is out of operation. Has someone fallen out with Iran or is it that Iran's aircraft maintenance capabilities to support the flight have been degraded?
