Analyst's note:  Let me see if I've got this straight.  If we Americans refuse security checks at our own airports we also can be heavily fined for leaving the area and not submitting to gov't TSA porn activity directed at us?  A potential passenger by the name of "John Tyner [rightfully] points out that every terrorist act on an airplane has been halted by passengers." "It's time to stop treating passengers like criminals and start treating them as assets," [...]"

Based on the current TSA activity at our airports, I'm guessing that more and more we will see less and less airline tickets being bought -- only time will tell.  This is still America and most of us have other options in how we travel or not.  Are we soon going to see unemployed TSA agents operating road blocks to stop terrorist and illegal immigrant movement on our highways as citizens exercise some old fashioned options?  Based on what we see happening - or not - in major areas near the border in AZ, I'd say not anytime soon.

The American people have had enough of political correctness and federal government stupidity as the real potential global Islamist jihadist are often avoided in lines to our aircraft or near the lines of mass humanity.  My own experience in this began some years ago when I would proudly show my retired Marine ID card and then always be singled out for special checks.  For a test, I was able to verify that simply showing my drivers license stopped the resulting harassment.  But this is a story for another day.

Questions still remain.  One that comes immediately to mind is, "Are the TSA agents changing gloves between each passenger check or are we also all being subjected to the spread of head lice, bedbugs and who knows what else?"

[....] "Tyner was simultaneously thrown out of San Diego International Airport on Saturday morning for refusing to submit to a security check and threatened with a civil suit and $10,000 fine if he left."

[....] He even told the guard, "You touch my junk and I'm going to have you arrested."

[....] Once he threatened to have the TSA agent arrested though, events turned surreal.

A supervisor is heard re-explaining the groin check process to Tyner then adding "If you're not comfortable with that, we can escort you back out and you don't have to fly today."

Tyner responded "OK, I don't understand how a sexual assault can be made a condition of my flying."

"This is not considered a sexual assault," replied the supervisor, calmly.

"It would be if you were not the government," said Tyner.

"By buying your ticket you gave up a lot of rights," countered the TSA supervisor.

[....] Tyner went over to the American Airlines counter where an agent, to his amazement, refunded the price of his non-refundable ticket.

Before he could leave, however, he was again surrounded by TSA employees who told him he couldn't leave the security area. One, who kept insisting he was trying to help Tyner, told him that if he left he would be subject to a civil suit and a $10,000 fine. [....]"

This video starts with his bag and belongings going through the x-ray machine. They're kind of long, and they don't show much, but the audio is really good.

He was in the middle of telling someone that if he was going to be felt up, he wanted it done in public so that everyone could see what it is that the TSA does. Here is the rest of that video.

After he was escorted out to the ticketing area, he went to have my ticket refunded.  He didn't have the opportunity or the presence of mind to turn the camera back on until everyone walked away from me.
