Analyst's note:  Absolutely must read and watch the embedded videos.  The devil continues to be in the details, this time with S. 2837 (the Dream Act) which is now placed on the legislative calendar - all thanks to Harry Reid (D-Nev) and Nancy Pelosi.  You simply have to read this one to believe what nightmare the "lame ducks" in Congress have in store for the American tax payers. 

This is the same American tax payers who are concerned for their job (if not already unemployed), and has little if any hope, for sending their own children to college.  The "lame duck" plan is to make millions of now- illegal aliens into citizens, and will also direct us to pay college tuition to these same illegal aliens.

Let's hope more elected leaders will read the bills before they vote.  You can be sure they will be held accountable by the voters in coming elections.  Additional votes for Democrats from those illegal aliens made citizens - well kinda -- are likely behind this bill.  I should also add that those who do not agree with this bill will be viewed as racists. 

Lets hope American citizens remember a lesson learned early in life, that "sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me."

The education provisions are buried deep within the text of a general, overall amnesty bill, which may make the U.S. the new legal home for millions of now-illegal aliens, including criminals, Sessions said.

[....] many say plans to address the landmark change not only are being pushed now by Reid, who failed to get it through the U.S. Senate earlier, and outgoing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, but they are planning to march it through the process without hearings.

Sessions said some of the more stunning provisions of the plan are:
 

 

• Section 3 of the bill repeals Section 505 of the "Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996" (8 U.S. Code 1623) which currently prohibits the government from giving educational benefits to any "unlawfully present individual," thus ensuring that illegal aliens will qualify for "in-state tuition," at the state college of their choice, even if they live in another state.
  
  
• Section 10 of the act enables illegal aliens who receive amnesty under the bill's general provisions to apply for federally guaranteed student loans under Title IV of the "Higher Education Act of 1965" (20 U.S. Code, et seq.), including Stafford Loans, Perkins Loans, Federal Direct Stafford/Ford loans, federal work-study programs and federally sponsored tutoring and counseling.

Our current administraton would do well to instead focus on ways to create jobs for 22 million unemployed Americans.  Otherwise we will could see a yet another bill that encourages massive fraud and illegal immigration
