This broadcast centers on a discussion between Bob Anderson and Dr. Lloyd Case on our U.S. national counter-terrorism program. After exploring the observed weaknesses, they provide insight into how the program might be strengthened.  It is clear from this discussion that as a nation, it is time to be honest with ourselves about what we know regarding our jihadist enemy.  Further, that before a lot more Americans are killed, we must find the courage to accept the truth and to act on that truth.  From these discussions it is evident that our nation must work to develop a new and clear "Grand Strategy" and that the ensuing debate will be far larger than Afghanistan and Iraq.
