Analyst's note:  Since the jihadists tend to telegraph their intentions do we now know their next targets? According to Dave Gaubatz, terrorist sleeper cells are already in place inside America.  They are  "[....] operated/financed by Al Qaeda, and are waiting for the right moment to strike against the country."  "U.S. citizens [absolutely] need to understand there are people trained and prepared to carry out suicide missions in the U.S. and nothing is off limits.  Churches, malls, and even the schools our children attend are not off limits to suicide bombers. It is only a relatively short time before the U.S. will begin seeing suicide terrorist missions."

In this Family Security Matters article by Alfredo Kuilan, we read the following:

"[....] The emphasis on destroying residential and commercial buildings brings up the moral question on killing the innocent civilians who occupy these buildings. The attempted justification comes in the form of an article, on page 20, written by Shaykh Adil al-Abbab who justifies the killing of the innocents by quoting the surahs and hadiths. On page 67 they printed a picture of the Capitol Building. I believe that this is their main target.  So with this, I predict that their targets are residential and commercial buildings in the United States with the Capitol Building being their main target. [....]"

We also note that this idea seems to follow a recent fatwa that justifies jihad without provocation.

[....] IN EGYPT, an extraordinarily important fatwa has been issued by Dr. Imad Mustafa, of al-Azhar University, the world’s most important Islamic university.

[....] Mustafa has publicly and explicitly come up with a new concept, one that up until now was supposedly restricted to groups like al-Qaida: “Then there is another type of fighting against the non- Muslims known as offensive jihad... which is to pursue the infidels into their own land without any aggression [on their part].."
