Analyst's note: For those who follow sharia law, a Muslim is either 100% sharia compliant or they are not. Those who do not accept all aspects of sharia law are considered apostates by other practicing Muslims.
This brings one to the undeniable conclusion that there is are only "practicing" and "non-practicing" Muslims These terms of "cultural" or "moderate Muslim" are man-made and in reality have no real meaning in the Muslim world other than that of apostate.
We know that there still remain good people in the world who refer to themselves as Muslim. With only a little investigation we discover that the ‘good Muslims’ -- assuming they are not practicing taqiyya to further the religion of Islam -- are those who do not adhere to the practice of sharia law.
