Analyst's note: Please read the entire original article to see just how ridiculous the original ruling was before being corrected by the Texas people who rightfully stood up and said "No!" Amendment I to the U.S. Constitution reads as follows: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
Considering the logic of the original decision, I suggest that we would all receive "irreparable harm" if anyone should mention or tried to enforce anything not in accordance with Amendment X with reads: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
This decision reversal is yet another reason why the American people must know and stand up for our Constitution.
