Analyst's note:  Absolutely must read.  OUR governors and OUR courts need to start taking significant action or this type of thing will only continue to grow.  This type of action must NOT be tolerated.  We have a few questions for your consideration: 

1. Why would police be pointing the gun and/laser site into the FACES of women and children?
    
2. As with many recent incidents, why are police BUSTING DOWN DOORS and rushing 10+ armed police officers (does not say SWAT this time) when executing an arrest warrant, especially when the target IS NOT KNOWN TO BE LIVING AT THE ADDRESS in question?
    
3. Since when was violating a person’s 4^th Amendment right NOT AN EGREGIOUS VIOLATION? And since when is the 4^th Amendment not “…a law that was absolutely crystal clear, and they have to have known it …”
