Analyst's note:  This problem being reported here is growing and it has direct impact on our United States as well as international implications. In Venezuela alone, Gen. Valley reports that money as well as weapons are flowing like water. Weapons are thought to be going to agents and fighters from the Colombian FARC, the Iranian-backed terrorist group Hezbollah and Cuban security and intelligence services.  Russia and Iran are also directly involved.
