- Mr. Barack Obama may NOT be eligible for Arizona's presidential ballot
- Officers of the Hawaii Department of Health and various elected Hawaiian public officials may have intentionally obscured 1961 birth records and procedures to avoid having to release to public inspection
- “In fact, absent the authentication of Hawaii Department of Health 1961 birth records for Barack Obama, there is no other proof he was born anywhere within the United States.”
- Mr. Obama's Selective Service card may be a forgery
- That international flights originating outside the United States in the month of August 1961, examined at the National Archives in Washington, D.C., are missing records for the week of President Obama’s birth.
Consider also that in addition to the above items, Mr. Obama is NOT a "natural born citizen" and we now are approaching a real national crisis, unlike any before experienced in America, regarding the man sitting in the office of our President. The eligibility of the individual presently called President Barack Hussein Obama is absolutely the greatest fraud ever perpetrated and an extremely critical matter for our country. Since the election of Barack Hussein Obama to the office of President of the United States, we have been in a Constitutional Crisis unlike any other in the entire history of our union ... due to his original ineligibility for that office.
This is a crime of the highest order and will prove the be undoing of many who supported or turned a "blind eye" to the matter. Our nation's security and Constitutional Republic is at dire risk of collapse as a result. It is time we return to our U.S. Constitution before our country is totally lost to foreign interest. The basic reasons for this issue have not changed since the founding of this country.
Clearly, some in Congress know the issue and have been supportive of this tragedy. In fact, there have been eight formal attempts by members of Congress to set the stage for the removal of ".... the Constitution's requirement that a president be a "natural-born citizen," suggesting an organized strategy [....]" to smooth the entry for Obama (clearly not otherwise eligible) into the American Presidency. As the supporting information comes to light, we are seeing what can only be described as an "inside" attempt -- which includes the use of the Muslim Brotherhood -- to destroy this country. The charge is that Global Marxism is still alive and well .... inside our own United States government.

PHOENIX – An investigative “Cold Case Posse” launched six months ago by “America’s toughest sheriff” – Joe Arpaio of Arizona’s Maricopa County – has concluded there is probable cause that the document released by the White House last year as President Obama’s birth certificate is a computer-generated forgery.
The investigative team has asked Arpaio, who is at a news conference in Phoenix live-streamed by WND TV that began at 3 p.m. Eastern time, to elevate the investigation to a criminal probe that will make available the resources of his Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.
The posse says it has identified at least one person of interest in the alleged forgery of Obama’s birth certificate.
Arapaio, known for his strict enforcement of immigration laws, commissioned the investigative team after local citizens presented him with a petition expressing concern that Obama might not be eligible for Arizona’s presidential ballot.
In addition to the live-streaming, WND is making available to the public a report distributed to media today by Arpaio’s investigators.
