Analyst notes:  More proof that our DHS is useless in protecting Americans. A recent study shows the expensive (at least one in each of the 50 states) have shown NOT A SINGLE CASE of its having found or disrupted ANY TERRORIST THREATS.  That is a batting average of ZERO.  Now why would we question the effectiveness of Big Sis?  Because she is ineffective!  Just like guarding us against border threats, she is NOT guarding us against any terrorists.... but she sure knows how to spend money!  Now why would you feel safer today than on 9/11?  No reason to.  The Feds have created another expensive, useless agency.  Let our people fight terror!  Let us use the words that describe terrorists!  Let America be realistic!
