Analyst notes:  Does anyone feel surprised that the Obama Administration would hire thousands of youth to help in emergencies that haven't happened yet?  Does anyone feel surprised that it would be the DHS that does it?  We need this like another hole in the head.  It is the legendary, and expected, Obama move to put a domestic army together that he promised in his early days.  He wants to use the youth of America for WHAT?  We don't need this, in todays economy we can not afford it, and liberty can not allow it. Please let our youth get jobs in the private sector and learn what freedom can make of them, not in a quasi-military police force for some possible future trouble.  Talk about crazy survivalist Preppers.... now this is really it.
