Analyst notes:  Horrifying….. Studies to circumvent Posse Comitatus and to use the guise that DHS is the lead and the military is just in a support capacity… Can you say the administration is NOT thinking of armed forces to control America with studies like this happening?  The DHS is a radical think-tank for suppressing American rights and freedoms in the name of security. Unbelievable!
