One of the most troubling aspects of this federal program is that government bureaucrats are currently mining sensitive and highly personal information on children through Common Core’s tracking system.
The data will then reportedly be sold by the government to outside sources for profit.

Even more off-putting is the revelation that a 44-page Department of Eduction Report released in February indicates that the Common Core data-mining system could one day implement monitoring techniques like “Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging” (scanning one’s brain function), as well as “using cameras to judge facial expressions, an electronic seat that judges [a child's] posture, a pressure-sensitive computer mouse and a biometric wrap on kids’ wrists.”

Obama Using The IRS For Blackmail?

In September of 2011, 60 million health records involving 10 million Americans were illegally confiscated by members of the IRS. The theft took place at an unidentified place of business in California.
Referring to itself as the John Doe Company in a lawsuit filed last week against the 15 IRS agents who took part, plaintiffs claim that “no search warrant authorized the seizure of these records; no subpoena authorized the seizure of these records; none of the 10,000,000 Americans were under any kind of known criminal or civil investigation and their medical records had no relevance whatsoever to the IRS search.”
One of the IRS agents who took part in the theft told John Doe Company officials that the government was searching for records involved in a “tax matter” pertaining to a former John Doe employee. Yet when informed that their search warrant did NOT allow for the confiscation–or even the search—of the 60 million health records taken, the IRS “…threatened to ‘rip’ the servers containing the medical data out of the building…” if the records were not turned over willingly!
The Doe Company complaint continues:
[....] Never mind the breathtaking arrogance of Obama’s foot soldiers or the contempt they display for the law and the American people. Those are old stories. In this case, the truly relevant question is WHY? What was the real purpose behind this IRS theft? The John Doe Company is presumed to be an insurance company or repository of insurance records. Of the 10 million individuals whose medical records were taken, it is believed that nearly 90% live outside of California, making the IRS theft one of truly national significance. The records stolen are said to include those of every state judge in California, all state court employees and “…prominent citizens in the world of entertainment, business and government, from all walks of life.” The medical information includes “… psychological counseling, gynecological counseling, sexual or drug treatment and a wide range of medical matters covering the most intimate and private of concerns.”
In short, if ever a politician needed information with which to coerce a powerful, recalcitrant friend or blackmail an outright enemy, these stolen records could provide a treasure trove of “mineable” dirt! Was this a Regime-ordered fishing expedition, a search for potentially damaging information concerning the more recognizable individuals within a very long list of otherwise less than noteworthy names? Or were millions of files stolen in order to provide a healthy margin of cover for the relatively few that Regime operatives REALLY wanted! [....]

BOMBSHELL -- VA to Veterans: If You're Late Paying Bills, We Will Prohibit You From Ever Owning a Firearm...

Since I wrote the article titled “Disarming America’s Heroes” I have been inundated with emails and phone calls from veterans and the families of veterans. The horror stories I am hearing are proof that the VA and the Obama administration have launched an all out assault on the Constitutional rights of our nation’s wounded warriors and other veterans.
Veterans are being declared incompetent not because they have a serious mental illness that makes them a danger to themselves or others, but because they have a physical disability resulting from their service in the armed forces or because they simply let their spouses pay the family bills.
If veterans have minor issues with PTSD, have expressed that they are depressed sometimes, or even in the case of Vietnam veterans admit that they are getting older and sometimes forget to pay their bills on time, the bureaucrats at the VA will seek to declare them incompetent. (I am a 65 year old veteran and often forget where I put my car keys, does that make me incompetent to handle my own financial affairs and even worse mean that I can’t own a firearm?) According to the VA it apparently does.
All of this has resulted in America’s heroes being declared incompetent by a process that blatantly violates their rights to due process under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution. Then, for reasons that have not been explained these same veterans are also being denied their Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms.

We are putting together a top notch legal team that is already exploring several potential avenues including administrative procedures and a class action lawsuit.

Identifying Targets? Newspaper Publishes Interactive Map Showing All Public Schools With No Security Officers

[....] On Wednesday afternoon, the Des Moines Register published a map that shows which public schools in Iowa have no security.
[....] Many Iowans who have seen the map are not happy about this information being made public. It reminded them of the story from last December, when the New York Journal News published the names and addresses of legal pistol owners. Public pressure eventually forced the New York paper to pull the map, especially after they were embarrassed by the amount of outdated and inaccurate data their story contained. In early February, when the New York Times tried to gain access to a list of pistol permit holders, a court denied that request and some legal experts claim that decision also rendered the Journal News action to be illegal.
It is also worth noting that both the New York Journal News and the Des Moines Register are owned by the same company, Gannett — the publishers of USA Today.
Update: Shortly before 6 p.m. ET, as TheBlaze was going to publish this report, we received word that the newspaper had removed the map from the website. A contact at WHO NewsRadio 1040 in Iowa was told that the map and the story had been taken down “for editing” and will be back up again. Stay tuned.

Obama set to tighten background check requirements without Congressional approval

President Obama is poised to impose stricter background check rules for gun purchases without Congressional approval. Doing so would not only involved usurping the legislative process but also individuals right to have private medical records.

The Obama administration is moving to shore up the federal criminal background check system as part of the president’s effort to curb gun violence — with or without help from Congress.
A proposed rule meant to improve the FBI’s National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) has landed at the White House Office of Management and Budget for review, records show.
The database is meant to keep guns out of the hands of felons, drug abusers, the severely mentally ill and others who are prohibited from owning firearms. But most states have declined to release certain information to the system, citing restrictions under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) that prevent them from sharing medical records.
While details of the rule now under consideration have not been released, the administration said in January that it would “begin the regulatory process to remove any needless barriers” preventing states from sharing records.
It is not clear how soon the rule will be released. It has not been designated as economically significant, meaning the regulations would cost less than $100 million to implement.
I take no issue with keeping guns out of the hands of convicted felons, but the President’s new rule could potentially violate doctor-patient privacy laws, and that is unacceptable. Also unacceptable is Obama’s constant use of regulation and executive fiat to escape the Constitutional process of passing laws.
Consider this for a moment: Democrats want strict background checks for every citizen who wants to exercise their 2nd Amendment right to arm themselves for defense. However, when it comes to voting, Democrats oppose any and all efforts to check ID before allowing people to enter the voting booth.

It Is Time to Defund and Abolish DHS...

DHS was formed as a result of the 911, when 19 jihadists, Radical Muslim terrorists, most of whom came from Saudi Arabia, who were armed with box-cutter knives, took over the planes and flew them into the Pentagon and the twin Towers.
DHS was formed and billions of dollars were spent. Americans were made to go through long TSA lines in the airports, subjected to searches and seizures in violation of their fourth amendment rights, old ladies were searched, little kids were searched, diapers were searched.
Now Napolitano came with new directives which will allow knives and clubs on the planes. Citizens of the Saudi Arabia will get a green light and will go through the fast lane in the airports. Napolitano is releasing thousands of illegals from prisons. On the other hand, she issued directives naming the returning veterans-domestic terrorists, new laws might endanger their second amendment rights, and DHS is purchasing 1.6 billion of rounds of ammunition and 1.7 thousand armored vehicles, but refuses to respond to the U.S. Congress, what is this purchase for.
When Obama ran for office, he promised to create a civilian army more funded than the U.S. military. It is clear that Indonesian citizen usurper Soebarkah-soetoro-Obama is using DHS to build his private army.
With so many infringements on our civil rights, with the new NDAS, 30,000 drones watching us from the sky, with boots on the ground in violation of posse comitatus, the whole nation is being turned into one concentration camp: with the criminals being out and the law abiding American citizens kept in.
It is clear that the DHS is not in the business of protecting us, it is in the business of protecting criminals and keeping us controlled. The DHS no longer plays any role in protecting of the U.S. citizens. It is time to defund and abolish it, sell all of its assets and ammo and return all the proceeds to the U.S. treasury for partial repayment of our debt or maybe using some of this money to reopen the WH for kids and the national parks to law abiding Americans.
