Analyst notes:

A safety tip to the wise.  Gangs are marking cars, following them home, catching them in parking lots... to steal guns.  You might watch your car for strange marks showing up on fenders, tires, etc.  Gangs are watching for people who shop at gun stores and using this surveillance to target their ability to steal weapons.  Where is the DHS on this?  You are getting your notice here from other American citizens.  Oh yah, I forgot, the government gives guns to gangs.... it doesn't prevent them from acquiring guns....
