Analyst's note:  Absolutely must read.  Yes, it is true the First Amendment is now dead.  Mr. Obama and Congress go against the U.S. Constitution and have abridged your freedom of speech, your right to peaceably assemble or your right to petition YOUR federal government for a redress of grievances.

With the help of our lame-stream media, Mr. Obama signed the law in secret and it will be implemented via the not so secret of late Secret Service.  It seems there is no longer any need for Mr. Obama to be concerned about waiting on or bypassing Congress.  This raises the question: Can you wait to let your Congress know what your action will be at the voting booth? The alarm is going off and we keep hitting snooze.

The legislation, H.R. 347,  now allows Secret Service agents to decide where and when you have the right to speak freely. This legislation, supported by both parties, gives the Secret Service the ability to set up “NO FREE SPEECH ZONES”. In these zones, it would become a felony punishable by up to one year in jail to protest against the government.

Your right to protest, your right to petition the government and your right to assemble with others have now been taken away thanks to our federal government."
