Analyst's note: Absolutely must read. All warriors are oath-bound and trained to disobey orders they believe to be illegal. To not do so is itself a punishable offense. Right now we have Lt. Col. (Dr.) Terry Lakin being prosecuted as a political prisoner and doing America a great service. This case impacts all Americans and our national security.
Let the record reflect that I agree with General McInerney and Lt. Col. Lakin. History will prove them correct. This issue must be brought to the public to insist on Congress to do their job regarding this case.
Mr. Obama must be required to show his actual birth certificate or be removed from office. To do otherwise, is evidence that Mr. Obama is unworthy to be in the office of President of the United States. My projection is that this case directly regarding Mr. Obama is going to get ugly for a lot of people involved in this situation before it is all over. There remains an obligation to uphold the U.S. Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. Semper Fidelis
Gen. Thomas McInerney: LTC Lakin Court-Martial; There Will Be Congressional Investigations
"Retired Air Force Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney predicts the incoming Republican-controlled House of Representatives will launch an investigation if Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin is convicted in next week's court martial.
[....] "It's important that he gets a fair trial, which means discovery. Since the Army will not allow that I believe in the final analysis that this will be overturned, but he may have to go to the slammer in Ft. Leavenworth."
[....] McInerney called on Congress to "do its job" and determine whether Obama is constitutionally eligible to serve as president.
"[Lakin] really had a very important point. He is not a birther, he is a constitutionalist," said McInerney. "Now it shouldn't be the job of a lieutenant colonel and flight surgeon in the U.S. Army to be the constitutionalist. It's the job of the Congress and the executive agency to do that. But we've had 44 presidents of the United States and only one, the current president, has not shown a valid birth certificate. [....]"
