Analyst's note: Real food for thought .... you've got the time .... please ponder this message and the words from Judge Andrew Napolitano. Your rights and your very lives are at stake.
"Judge Andrew Napolitano, a Federal Judge, and Constitutional Scholar, has reported on yet another decision of the Supreme Court, that will dramatically affect your Rights, and quite possibly, your life! Simply put, The Court has ruled that the police may enter your house on a whim; no reasonable suspicion; no complaints; no just cause; and no warrants that were "signed by a judge", are necessary! The Court has held, essentially that your home is no longer your castle, it now "belongs" to the police, or better yet, the State!
This is a terrible incursion upon the Fourth Amendment guarantees, it is also violative of the Original Intent of the Founders, as they fought a Revolution, because George III was trying to do to them, what The Supreme Court just did to us! The quartering of military in private homes, is no less an invasion of personal Rights in Property, than the condoning of unfettered police "access" to our homes! Once again, The Court is wrong, terribly so!
But, there is even something more evil, more insidious, and more egregious going on here! This ruling will have negligible affect on current Law Enforcement, since today's Police Officers are not prone to forcing entry to private dwellings, without some reason to do so! No, it is not the local Police who will abuse this terrible decision, the violations will come from the Police of the State, and I don't mean the regular State Police "Smokies" either! I am speaking of the Federal Agencies, such as the BATF, IRS, FBI, and so on; these will be the proponents, and users of this patently Unconstitutional Ruling!
Since this ruling should be very clear, to anyone having even a rudimentary understanding of the Constitution, as a definite violation of our Rights in Property that are described, and allegedly protected under the Fourth Amendment, "We the People", might expect an admonition by either one, or both, of the other two, co equal branches of the Federal Government! That process is known as "Checks and Balances", where each branch is held "in check" from abusing its authority and powers, by the other two! This will not happen however, because the other two Branches are in agreement with this outrageous infringement upon our Constitutionally Enumerated and "protected" Rights!
Simply put, there are absolutely no "Checks and Balances", on the Unconstitutional abuse of authority and power, by any Branch of the Federal Government, by any other Branch! When a Government becomes abusive of the Rights of the People, it is up to the People to dissolve that Government; does that idea seem to "ring a bell" for you? Do the words: "The Declaration of Independence" possibly ring that bell?
