Analyst notes:  Absolutely must read.  Here is more on the continuing story of US strategic materials. China is definitely manipulating the market on rare earth minerals.  We continue to rely on foreign sources exclusively for many essentrial materials.  Yet we have clear evidence of the intensions of foreign nations to manipulate prices and supply to meet their goals. How long will we continue the short sighted outsourcing of vital industies based soley on costs.  I say... fewer MBA managers saving money and more patriot American leaders are needed in our industry and national defense!
