Analyst's note: Absolutely must read ... and get your billfold out. Mr. Obama and Karzai sign an "Enduring Strategic Partnership Agreement" and look who pays for it .... again. Wonder where the freeloaders will try to go when CA goes "belly up" economically? How many of these legal immigrants from the 14th century are believers in jihad and sharia law? Did Congress sign off on this agreement? No doubt we will discover the answer to these questions the hard way. I'm still trying to figure out where the strategy is with this agreement.
President Obama and President Hamid Karzai signed the Enduring Strategic Partnership Agreement between the United States and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan on May 2. The document repeated promises made by the United States in previous years, solidified a transition strategy and reaffirmed a U.S. commitment to the facade of democracy in Afghanistan.
[....] Our tax money went to fund the war, and now it funds social services to help these people once they become refugees. Ultimately, the taxpayer pays double.
[....] An estimated 60,000 Afghans - the largest population outside of Afghanistan - live in the San Francisco Bay Area. Many settled here because of the availability of social services for the refugees, people granted asylum and immigrants. The influx is notable: Last year, 410 Afghan refugees resettled in the United States. Of those, 103 elected to call California home. [....]"
