Analyst notes:  Hurrah!  A judge got it right!  The provision in the NDAA which gave Obama power to permanently detain Americans on their own home soil for suspicion of support of "terrorism" HAS BEEN STRUCK DOWN.  Obama claimed the recent injunction was immaterial and he would exercise this "right" anyway... now there is a definite court decision that the provision is not Constitutional!  Does anyone believe Obama had no intent of using this power?  Well, he surely defended the "right" to do so... and now it is clear to all that this power is not American!

Lest you think the battle is over... just remember Obama has a history of ignoring Congress and the popular opinion and rushing ahead anyway.  Who would deny that the man hardly needs law on his side to continue his course toward complete control of all American rights and renouncing founding principles.
