Analyst's note:  While the UN Pushes to Designate Illegal Immigrants From Central America as Refugees and the Feds Use Vans Instead Of Buses To Transport Illegals In Attempt To Avoid Scrutiny the ‘‘Children Returning an Expedited and Safe Timeline Act’’ (CREST Act) is a proposed new pro-invasion bill that will spend $100 MILLION, does NOT control illegal immigration, and makes it a federal crime to block DHS buses, opens up processing centers in foreign counties and provides refugee status for illegal aliens so they can fly into the United States.

Food for thought:  See the stunning presentation as to why almost nothing will determine the future of this great nation more than a national policy regarding immigration which must ultimately come from our federal government.  A rational policy must include very deep reductions in annual immigration numbers, and discourage illegal immigrants entering the United States without legal documentation, and from deliberately overstaying legal travel visas.  This approach demands active leadership from our highest federal officials and real understanding from American citizens.  As for our Congress (and political parties), they are going to have to start thinking beyond their next election cycle.  The very survival of our nation, as we know it, is in play regarding this matter.  Our national security demands that we make the right choices now.  May I also suggest a review of The Test by David R. As Americans, we do not target any one group especially where race, culture, or religion are involved ... unless their purpose in coming here is to murder or otherwise destroy us.  We need our immigration policy to support a balanced and civil approach to this challenging problem, fully consistent with our tradition of compassion, our reverence for family, and as well as our commitment to the laws and soverignty of this nation.  Ways must be found to allow illegal immigrants to square themselves with our laws.  Our immigration policy will also account for a finite number who seek work without this necessarily leading to U.S. citizenship with the associated governmental benefits.  All this must not permit situations where newly-arrived illegal aliens, being released across the country, simply disappear and not show up for court hearings.

Unfortunately, thanks to John McCain and Jeff Flake, it’s all about to get much worse. The two are about to begin heavily pushing a disastrous $100,000,000 bill that not only does nothing to secure the border, but actually makes it easier for more illegal aliens to flood the nation.

1) Spends $100,000,000.
2) Asserts acts that are already illegal are now illegal.
3) Makes it a federal crime to tell someone where a DHS, HHS or Border Patrol bus carrying illegal aliens is spotted, coming from or headed.
4) Makes it a federal crime to prohibit a DHS, HHS or Border Patrol bus from moving from point A to point B.
5) Does absolutely nothing to secure the border and stop the invasion in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California. These southern borders will remain wide open and the bill doesn’t address this.
6) Creates a communication channel between HHS and states about newly recommended facilities for housing illegal aliens.
7) Opens up U.S. facilities in Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador for the purpose of processing illegal aliens on foreign soil.
8) Calls for 15,000 “refugees” from Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador to be processed on foreign soil and transported into the U.S. this year alone.

This is just mind-numbing. Barack Obama doesn’t even need to abuse his executive powers. John McCain and Jeff Flake are doing all of his dirty work for him.
