Longtime Harney County, Oregon resident speaks out, confirms French mercs on the ground, operating outside color of law

Factions of U.S. government may have ordered foreign mercenaries (U.N. paramilitary) into Harney County in Burns Oregon to circumvent constitutional conflict, and operating covertly for Obama administration.

Some are suggesting that this may be connected to an attempt to uphold a massive Uranium deal illegally brokered by the Clinton Foundation.

From what I can see most the U.N. Paramilitary are now hiding out at the Malheur Refuge blockade point, not far from the center. Longtime Burns, Oregon resident Larry Jay has told me all about the U.N. and Foreign Mercenary on the ground in Harney County. The American Mercenaries are arriving daily by the dozens and I think maybe some of the French Mercs are hightailing it out of here after watching my videos. We are making a difference

Jay said, “[…] they [French mercs] are here on the ground, I have seen them.”

“They brought them in because they take their orders from a different person, so there is no ties to the United States […] they are hiding at the refuge.”
