(Analyst's note:  Four teenages were hit.  An observer tracked down the driver and would not let him go until the police arrived.  Can we expect legal action now against this "good Samaritan" who presumed to take action "reserved" to the police. I hope not, but it smells very similar to what AZ proposes to do with their new law regarding "illegal aliens" as they find them and turn them over to the feds.  The feds are now suggesting that they will refuse to do their part with the newly found illegal aliens.  Can you tell that I'm tired of this inaction by our feds?)  immigration
