Analyst's note: Absolutely must read and carefully consider. This story just keeps giving. All we are looking for here is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. The troubling issues being discussed here significantly impact our national defense and suggest that the case of Mr. Obama has aroused the sleeping, silent majority.
This time we have this same man Barack Obama, of unknown origin, operating from our White House now likely to provide a life-time appointment to the U.S. Supreme Court to a former solicitor general of the United States who is now documented to be involved at least nine time on Supreme Court dockets involving Obama's eligibility issues. Ms. Kagan is know to be tied to Sharia law justice considerations and we want her on our United States Supreme Court? Why? Mr. Kovacs reports the following:
"[....] Yes, the same Elena Kagan nominated by the commander in chief to be the next justice on the U.S. Supreme Court has actually been playing a role for some time in the dispute over whether Obama is legally qualified to be in the White House.

It's all about payback time for those that compromised themselves to elect someone that really has no true right to even be there. We should be getting so sick of all of this nonsense. Based on comments here by Justice Clarence Thomas, there is division behind Supreme Court doors. Perhaps to few in the Supreme Court want to face the ensuing constitutional crisis. Talk about increasing one's case load ... When the American people threaten to stop paying these "supreme" judges for not doing their due diligence regarding the U.S. Constitution, we will see the required investigation. It is also possible that if our country continues to go in the current direction, there will not be enough money to pay for a number of items. As a minimum, significant pay cuts loom on the horizon for many. That will get the attention of most - even in our federal gov't. Think about it ...
Mr. Kovacs is also reporting in another article that "[....] according to Barack Obama's official MySpace page, the president is not getting any older, he's actually getting younger, by a total of four years." Without a birth certificate, we actually don't know when Obama was born - let alone where. There is also yet a new strategy to force Obama to reveal his eligibility to serve.
Oh, but it gets better. We have CNN reporting, as a result of their own poll, that 6 out of 10 Americans (that includes 1 in 3 democrats) don't know if the man who calls himself president is even born in the U.S. - thus his eligibility to even be president. New researched documents suggest that Barack Obama - a.ka. "Barack Obama II (Soebarkah)" and sometimes known as Barack Hussain Obama or Barack Obama or Barry Sarreto - may actually be Indonesian. The fact is, the American don't yet know where this man is from, except is likely NOT an American. On top of all this we have it documented that 49 or 50 states never saw Obama's certification of eligibility to serve as president. It may well be that his nomination papers are perjurious.
The question is will enough of us learn fast enough to stop this hideous threat to our nation? Please search within this site and find the article, "Hawaiian birth? Doesn't matter, Obama not eligible for Presidency" by a search on "Hawaiian". We see here the very real possibility of a Constitutional crisis in the making. This topic just keeps getting larger and it simply will not go away until some basic questions are answered. The growing information is extremely troubling against this man -- who ever he is -- who would be called President. The fundamental question is, "Is Obama Constitutionally eligible to serve as President of the United States?" This should be interesting to see how he and his administration explain and verify how Obama grew up and started work in Oahu, Hawaii and yet he has a social security number from Connecticut -- a state in which he never lived or worked.
Further, evidence also suggest that Obama has a direct association with a Social Security number in 1986 in Chicago. Further complicating this situation is that this number also appears to have been previously issued to another person who is long since dead -- long enough that the Social Security number that had gone dormant.
This is enough information to get you started, but you certainly will want to read this article to see how this information was discovered and verified by the investigators. If we have a "Manchurian Candidate" in the people's White House, we certainly need to get to the bottom of all this -- and soon. With such a cover-up, we also need to know who else is involved. If this is true, could it be that some well know people will be relocated to another "big house?"
If you scroll down you will soon see that these are NOT simply "wing nuts" asking the questions associated with this extremely critical Constitutional issue. This eligibility requirement for our President is in our U.S. Constitution for a reason, that our Founding Fathers well understood. It was not then and should not now be taken lightly.
A number of people, to include Maj. Gen. Paul E. Vallely (USA, Ret.) has joined the growing line of retired military members who are now calling for " [...] Barry Soetero (AKA President Barack Hussein Obama) to resign and for a new election to replace him. General Vallely believes that " [...] progressive socialism and destruction of America" is what is now going on.
I also point out, that we as members of the U.S. military, who have fought to defend this great nation, took an oath to defend this country "against all enemies, foreign AND DOMESTIC." May I suggest that the General is but one of a quickly growing number who are simply trying to fulfill that never ending oath. This is a battle, as sure as any other, in which all American citizens are now engaged.

Alan Keys, another patriot, is certainly outspoken for all to see, hear, and consider on the topic of Mr. Obama. He even predicts another civil war here in America if we don't face the issues of Obama's eligibility and other basic factors directly impacting our nation's defense. In fact, he clearly suggest that this very situation could well lead to the collapse of our nation.
