Analyst's note: Absolutely must read. Clearly this ongoing battle for America survival is being fought every day in the offices of our nation's media and this administration as they serve as perfect dhimmi (search "dhimmi" within this CSIA Report and read "Has anyone heard of this new word? Dhimmitude?" In days gone by a similar term would have been "useful idiot." As you can see by this report, there are cold and calculating people who are both knowledgeable and sophisticated who are exploiting the press for political reasons. American's will make the right decisions, providing we have the truth. As American citizens, we have the obligation, this includes those in the media (some media people by they way are not Americans citizens) to get the truth. Otherwise, the media really can and is being used to help short-cut the democratic process.
In military lingo, this is called "psycological warfare" (some of us also still remember "information warfare" - concept still remains but the term in now out of vogue). The news media in far too many cases are creating "what is happening" and doing so with a political agenda in mind. If our media or White House, for whatever reason, intentionally or unintentionally, limit the issues to be debated and the parameters of the debate, then they short-circuit the democratic process required to help keep this country free.
Napolitano, like Attorney General Eric Holder and others in the Obama administration, prefer to leave the "terror" nameless and unjustified, and nothing to fear. After all, fear by Americans of the terror of Islamic jihad would obstruct the "reaching out" to our enemies, because Obama and his administration do not plan to combat Islam. Napolitano’s evasive "nuance" is a nemesis.

On the contrary, because Islam has been waging war against the West for decades, and in particular against the United States, "fatalities" or "victims" is a deliberately misleading term. Fatalities occur in accidents or natural disasters. The correct term in the context of Islamic jihad is casualties. War causes casualties, not fatalities or victims.
[....] Prominent spokesmen for Islam (the so-called "non-violent" kind) practice taqiya, or lying to beguile non-Muslims into thinking that Islam is "pacific"; this is sanctioned by the Koran to advance Islam by stealth or fraud. Islam cannot be "reformed" into a non-belligerent creed without gutting the Koran and associated tracts of their violent imperatives. If those are removed, what's left would be a "pacific" creed skin to the Quaker or Amish. If "pacific," non-violent Muslims are the majority, why do they not volubly condemn their "violent" brethren?
