Analyst's note: It took me a minute to understand the report, but we have five Iranian companies, operating inside Afghanistan, who are being paid by U.S. taxpayer money to provide supplies. These same five Iranian companies are then covertly funneling money back into Afghanistan using the ancient Muslim technique of hawala to make it hard to track the money that is being used to kill U.S. warriors.
But it is all being done in the name of the global Islamist jihad. Our federal gov't has been duped to think jihad is something like "spiritual yoga." They are however, willing to define jihad in a recently released manual called "Investigating Terrorism and Criminal Extremism" from our Bureau of Justice Assistance in terms of the "Palestine Islamic jihad" -- but of course our gov't "leaders" note that this form of jihad has not targeted U.S. interests.
Islamic Jihad: The Palestine Islamic Jihad is committed to the creation of an Islamic Palestinian state and the destruction of Israel through holy war. It also opposes moderate Arab governments and has committed many attacks, including large-scale suicide bombings against Israeli civilian and military targets. It has not targeted U.S. interests and has confined its attacks to inside Israel and its territories. Most of its operations have been within Israel, the West Bank, and Gaza, but they do receive financial support from Iran, Syria, and sympathetic individuals.
This is all part of the cover use by the jihadist -- and their "useful idiots" -- to help us believe in the "unfairness" surrounding the Palistinian population and their current plight. This is used as a cover for the jihadist doctrine where land once ruled by the laws of Allah can not thereafter be ruled by others. All part of the return to the caliphate idea.
One of the banks involves is the Kabal Bank. This is the same Afghan bank generating the request that the U.S. "bail them out" to preclude a a wider economic collapse.
We couldn't make this stuff up. America, as the mother of all kuffar to the radical Islamist, is seen as the force behind a universal "War on Islam." The beat goes on as the Islamist regime is always portrayed as acting in defense to defend against an infidel attack. It is always the same old familiar refrain.
