Analyst's note:  This makes me sick to have to report -- the need to be kept safe from a "religion of peace."  Our own DHS has become the "terrorist" through their TSA operations.  It is time for American citizens to stand up and say absolutely not!  This conditioning for even greater violations of personal freedom must stop.  The American public will likely have to resist even further -- maybe stop flying for a period of time to get these worthless inspections stopped.  Without passengers, perhaps our gov't will start thinking and we will see some real change.  We also need to stop treating actual Islamist terrorist as ordinary criminals.

We should by now know how to identify the enemy, so lets go get them.  Being accused of Islamafobia seems to be a bigger concern than the safety of our non-Muslim citizens.  If only 5% of American Muslims support al Qaeda, that's more than 100,000 people. So our TSA needs to spend their precious time finding these people moving through our airport system.

Our nation will be much safer if the TSA focused its attentions on learning the identity and background of each passenger and those in the area "observing" the long lines qued up for inspection -- what a target our lines present.  But you say that is "profiling" -- you betcha.  TSA is not generally checking what is going onboad the aircraft in the baggage compartment anyway -- who do they think they are we fooling - with at least 20% uninspected cargo in the hold right below the aircraft seats?  Even airline pilots speak out about our lack of security on our American airlines.

As reported by Paul Hollrah in Family Security Matters, "Anyone who has flown on U.S. or foreign commercial airlines since September 11, 2001 understands, intuitively, that we are all living in a giant insane asylum and that the inmates are fully in charge. Anyone who finds it acceptable that two or three bearded men dressed in Muslim garb should be allowed to pass almost unmolested through a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) checkpoint, while my 88-year-old mother-in-law is made to raise herself painfully from her wheelchair to undergo a complete body pat-down, including a thorough inspection of the contents of her bra, is certifiably insane. But that is precisely what is happening in airports every day of the week, all across America."

Our nation has a deadline that looms in the near future. "In 2007, Congress enacted legislation that would require the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to screen 100 percent of all cargo loaded onto passenger aircraft by August 2010."   TSA needs a solution and needs it NOW.  "With 7.6 billion pounds of cargo transported on U.S. air carriers each day, roughly 20 percent of which is carried on passenger aircraft, screening each and every item of cargo would place a tremendous burden on an already struggling economy."  Thanks again to work by The Heritage Foundation, and Jena Baker McNeill, we once again have solution to a problem critical to our national security and our individual safety.  You can read the original abstract of the analysis by clicking here.

This situation is extremely troubling. We also have people on the "no-fly" list actually flying our "friendly skies."  I don't understand why we dropped additional screening from those who enter the U.S. from Islamic nations other than for political correctness and likely from prodding to do so by the enemy themselves.  I'm also disappointed to learn that we have not already been stopping passengers for additional security if then meet certain known intelligence flags.  Since these checks are being done by foreign airlines, we can expect numerous "leaks" to the jihadist who will then adjust accordingly.  I expect the attacks to increase as a result.  What are we thinking or are we?  Entering this country is a privilege -- not a right --  and certainly in time of war we have no obligation to make it easier for our enemy to enter our borders.

We must stop this meaningless security theater.

"While her experience is frightening enough to warrant serious concern among citizens, Alex himself has witnessed this happen to men, women, and children on multiple occasions. Michelle will be joining Alex on the show again today to continue the discussion. It is important to note that the pat-downs are intensifying in their violations of personal space and privacy.
