Analyst's note:  Yet another example that our gov't does not understand our Islamist enemy.  You can be sure that our DoS directives were put together -- by "useful idiots" -- with help from the Muslim Brotherhood and their front group CAIR.  The next thing is we will see is France asking for funding to support their internal problems with the Muslims already in France.  We are giving Europe money through the Federal Reserve.  Because of our federal gov't meddling, maybe France is already "bringing home the bacon" .... sorry wrong meat.

"JERUSALEM – The U.S. State Department directed its staff to "engage" and help to "empower" France's Muslim minorities, according to classified documents released by WikiLeaks and reviewed by WND.

[....] U.S. staff members in France were asked to engage in a French news media blitz "to convey official policy messages" on the issue of France's Arab and Muslim minorities.

Among those policies, according to the cable:

• "Demonstration of [U.S.] commitment to these issues."
   
• "Sharing of our American experiences in managing diversity."
   
• "Encouraging social reforms within France to improve the lot of its minorities." [....]
