Analyst's note:  Absolutely must read. While we were looking the other way -- being diverted by the lack of a federal budget - what happened in Iran?  Could they be continuing preparations for kinetic military activity? This news of another secret enrichment facility should be great cause for alarm to the Western world.  How many times do they have to get caught at this before we take notice.
