It is no secret whatsoever, that I have, for some time, shall I say, been
"disenchanted" with the Supreme Court, for a variety of reasons. Here, is yet
another case of the Supreme Court, just being wrong! "We" made a big mistake
when we didn't take issue with the move to legitimize Criminal Immigration, by
softening that to: "undocumented", and "illegal!" We did the very same thing,
we legitimized bums and vagrants, by calling them "homeless"; oh there are
people who are legitimately homeless, thanks to Obama's economic policies, but
they are neither bums, nor vagrants!

There isn't a Justice on The Court, be they socialist or Patriot, (and we have
both on that Court) who doesn't understand the fact that it is a crime to enter
this Nation in contravention of its Immigration Laws. They also understand,
that it is a criminal act for anyone who aids and abets a Criminal Immigrant,
which is exactly what is happening here! Don't allow the obfuscation to hide
the facts! You will be told that these are not Criminal Immigrants, but rather
the children of Criminal Immigrants; that doesn't really matter! If you aid and
abet the child of a Criminal Immigrant, you are in effect, aiding and abetting
their parents; in this case, by relieving them of the obligation to pay full
tuition! None of that matters though, this is similar to the Legal Tenet, "The
Fruit of the Poisonous Tree."

What that means essentially, is this: what was initially a crime, cannot be
"cleansed", by some subsequent action! By simply calling them "undocumented",
does not remove the Legal Stench of their crimes! Those Officials, of the
Counties, Cities, and States, that are giving "sanctuary", and other benefits
(in-State tuition), are committing crimes, which are clearly delineated in the
United States Code. Similarly, they are committing crimes against their
citizens, by "misappropriating" public money, to continue a criminal enterprise,
which is aiding and abetting Criminal Immigrants, who are in-flight to avoid
apprehension and prosecution for violating our Immigration Laws!

I would be very interested in reading Justice Scalia's comments on this
decision! I have, for a long time, recognized, that "We the People", have
already lost the Congress and the White House! Similarly, I believed that The
Supreme Court could be the last bastion of hope for a return of this Nation to
the Constitution, and Rule of Law. With decisions, or in this case,
non-decisions like this one, I don't know; maybe we have already lost The Court
