Analyst's note: CAIR along with, Texas Congressman Ron Paul, Ohio Congressman Dennis Kucinich, and Civil liberties groups question "due process" and the legality of killing radical American cleric Anwar al-Awlaki in U.S. drone attack. Anwar al-Awlaki, a U.S.-born cleric was killed in Yemen. He was know to have planned and directed attacks on U.S. interests as "chief of external operations" for Al Qaeda's Yemen-based wing. He was said to have been killed during a joint operation by CIA officials and the U.S. military.
