Analyst's note:  Manssor Arbabsiar, a 56-year-old naturalized U.S. citizen holding both Iranian and U.S. passports, and Gholam Shakuri, an Iran-based member of Iran’s Qods Force, which is a special operations unit of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) that is said to sponsor and promote terrorist activities abroad.  Some U.S. lawmakers are calling the alleged Iranian-backed plot to kill Saudi diplomat an 'act of war.'    The Department of State has issued travel warning for Americans to watch for attacks connected with plot as tensions flare between Washington and Tehran.
