Analyst's note: Absolutely must hear and PLEASE carefully consider the gravity of the topic at hand after listening to the entire broadcast. Topic: Battlefield America & one bill (S. 1867) that represents an insidious threat, and as it is written, will ultimately
- destroy the U.S. Constitution and thus America .... as it ultimately permits detention of U.S. citizens by the U.S. military and our potential treatment as foreign enemies,
- dissolves the Posse Comitatus Act and thus no longer limits the powers of local governments and law enforcement agencies from using federal military personnel to enforce the laws of the land, and
- no longer recognizes habeas corpus through which a U.S. citizen prisoner can be released from unlawful detention, that is, detention lacking sufficient cause or evidence. It safeguards individual freedom against arbitrary state action. It is a writ requiring a person to be brought before a judge.
Some Constitutional experts are suggesting that we are currently experiencing a mainstream - media blackout and Congressional manipulation of this critical issue.
Bob Anderson, joined by experts around the virtual round table delivers news, studies, analysis & opinion on U.S. national security. There is no more timely or topical radio show in the world today connecting-the-dots to frustrate designing U.S. enemies both foreign & domestic.
