Analyst notes: A former CSIA  article gives the global view of Executive Orders by our President. It is a litany of control and confiscation. It is no wonder now that individual agencies are sharing in the spoils?  Now groups like the BATF can fund their own existence, operations, and growth with seizure of private property--- based simply on suspicion citizens may have done wrong. Cool revenue channel, it requires no appropriation, no new taxes, no approval by congress or the people... just take it. Should people wonder if this is a good move-- to allow an agency to finance itself by taking property?  Could there be a risk this doesn't go well?  The answer is that even Congress is quick into our pocketbooks, while there is voter approval to worry about... just think how much an advantage no oversight is!

It seems like we have seen this behavior in government before.... under King George of England.
