Analyst's note:  Absolutely must understand and consider the impact.  This importance of this one article simply can not be over stated to the American public.  The Obama administration continues to deceive the American public and is in fact breaking the law in an organized effort to 'avoid leaving any trails.'   This includes conducting the people's business on private email accounts so those communications never end up on the public record.
