Analyst's note:  Just when you thought  we'd seen it all.  Cities hire Chinese instead of American workers for building projects.  Shocking to say the least!  This video is a jaw-dropper that will make you sick. (It as equally shocking that ABC actually reported this story on 9/23/2011 and we've not heard anymore about it). 

The lead-in with Obama promising jobs in the U.S. by improving our infrastructure is so typical of all his promises!  Our American tax dollars are at work alright -- for China!!!
